• Installation Service: Professional installation of EV chargers or protection products.

1. Site Assessment Details:

• Analyzing technical specifications to determine the best charger type based on your needs and usage patterns.
• Inspecting current electrical connections and measuring load capacity.
• Identifying the optimal installation site (indoor or outdoor) to ensure easy access and maximum safety standards.
• Reviewing approved safety requirements and regulations.
• Alerting you to potential risks, such as poor ventilation or incompatible electrical wiring.
• Providing an initial cost estimate for installation, including pricing for required tools and materials.

What will you receive after the assessment?

• A detailed technical PDF report for your home or facility’s electrical system, including inspection results and technical recommendations.
• A certified reference report that you can access at any time.

2. Installation Service Details:

• Executing wiring and electrical cable extensions for the charger according to the highest quality standards.
• Setting up, programming, and activating the charger in accordance with approved engineering specifications.
• Installing circuit breakers and protective systems to ensure the safety of the client, the vehicle, and the facility.
• Providing a detailed walkthrough on how to use the charger, monitor performance, and ensure charging efficiency.

Important Notes:

• Installation fees do not include the cost of materials.
• Please specify the exact service type when booking (Site Assessment, EV Charger Installation, or Protection Products Installation).
• Please ensure all information is accurate before confirming the appointment.
• The duration of the visit varies depending on the nature and size of the site.
• You will be notified in advance before the team arrives at the site.
• Please do not modify the "number of seats" during the booking process.

Cancellation or Rescheduling:

• We will contact you for a reminder before heading to the site.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund.
• Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• The amount is non-refundable if cancellation or rescheduling occurs outside the specified periods.
• The maximum waiting time at the site is 10 minutes only.
