1. Definitions

• Auton: Auton AZZAM AL-DOURAN, the owner and service provider.

• Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing products or services.

• Product: EV chargers, accessories, or any sold equipment.

• Service: Installation or on-site services provided by Auton.

• Site: The location specified by the customer for service execution.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to:

• Product purchases.

• Installation and on-site services.

• Promotional offers.

Using the website or completing a purchase constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. Promotional Offers

• Promotional prices are valid for a limited time and subject to conditions.

• Offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

• Any work outside the offer scope will be charged separately.

4. Installation Services

• Includes up to 4 meters Single Phase external installation only.

• No drilling, breaking, or concealed wiring included.

• 199 extra for Three Phase installations.

• Extra meters:

• 79 per meter (Single Phase).

• 99 per meter (Three Phase).

• Any additional civil or electrical work is assessed on-site and charged separately.

• The customer must ensure site readiness and electrical availability.

5. Payment

Full payment is required before delivery or service execution unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Cancellation & Returns

Products:

• Returns/exchanges allowed within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

• Installed or used products are non-returnable.

Services:

• Installation services are non-refundable once executed.

• Cancellations before execution may incur administrative or visit fees.

7. Warranty

• Installation warranty: 1 year.

• Charger warranty: As per manufacturer policy (typically 3 years).

• Warranty excludes misuse, unauthorized modifications, or power issues.

8. Liability

Auton is not liable for site infrastructure issues, indirect damages, or pre-existing electrical faults.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by Auton and may not be used without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall under Saudi courts.
